2017 and 2018 prices for 8 people

Additional person (maximum 4 persons) :

- Price per week : 50 € / person

- Price per night : 10 € / person

End of stay cleaning included in the rental price

2017 season

Mid-season: from 02^nd September to 29^th September and from 21^st October to 03^rd November and from 23^rd December to 05^th January

Off-season: from 30^th September to 20^th October and from 04^th November to 22^nd December

2018 season

Very high season: from 07^th July to 24^th August

High-season: from 30^th June to 06^th July and from 25^th August to 31^st August

Mid-season: from 10^th February to 09^th March and from 01^st April to 29^th June, from 01^st September to 28^th September, from 21^st October to 02^nd November and from 22^nd December to 05^th January

Off-season: from 06^th January to 09^th February, from 10^th March to 31^st March, from 29^th September to 20^th October and from 03^rd November to 21^nd December

The price includes:

• - End of stay cleaning
• - Linen: dishcloth, hand tower, over mitt, table covering, napkin, bath mat
• - Cleaning products
• - Electricity: 8 kWh/day
• - Water
• - 1 basket of wood
• - Baby furniture: bed and sheet, high chair, changing mat, bathtub, night lights…

The price doesn’t includes:

• - Security deposit of 300 € to drop on the arrival
• - Electricity: 0.10 € by kwh over the package (electricity meter reading on the arrival and on the departure)
• - Central heating: 18 € / day
• - Visitor’s tax 2018 : 1.50 € by day and by adult

Options:

• - Location of sheets and bathroom linen: 8 € by person

Digressive rate:

• - 5% off on the second week for over 15 consecutive days stays
• - 10% off on the third week for the stays of at least 3 consecutive weeks

Traveler chèques (ANCV) accepted
